Terms of service

The rules for using Repclose, in plain language. By signing in or using the site you agree to them.

Last updated October 25, 2026

In short

  • Repclose researches companies and people from public sources and writes a plan for you. It can be wrong or out of date. Check it before you rely on it.
  • Use it to prepare for work conversations with the people you sell to. Don't use it to harass anyone or to collect private information.
  • Your content stays yours. We use it only to run Repclose for you.
  • Repclose is an early product, offered as it is.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and the company that operates Repclose ("we" or "us"). We operate Repclose at repclose.com. If you use Repclose for an employer, you confirm you can accept these terms for them. Our Privacy page explains how we handle data and is part of these terms.

2. What Repclose does

You describe the companies you sell to and give us a list of accounts. Repclose reads public sources, ranks the accounts, lists people at them, and writes a plan with a dated source behind each claim. You can change the plan by writing to Claude in plain English, export it, and share parts of it by link.

Repclose draws on public information and on software that reads it. It can miss things, misread them, or show something that has since changed. A source is dated so you can judge it. Check anything that matters before you act on it, especially a person's current role.

3. Your account

  • You sign in with a Google account. Keep access to it secure. You're responsible for what happens under your login.
  • An account is for one person.
  • Give us accurate information, and tell us via hello@repclose.com if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Plans, credits and limits

  • Each account plan Repclose researches uses credits. A new account starts with 5 free credits. If a run fails, or you cancel it before it finishes, the credits it used are given back.
  • We don't take payments through the site yet. When we do, we'll show the price and what it includes before you pay, and these terms will say how billing and cancelling work.
  • Some actions have limits to keep the service available and its cost in check: a daily spending limit per seller, a daily number of questions to Claude, file size limits, and caps on active share links. Limits can change.
  • We may change the plans, their prices and their limits. A change doesn't reach back to credits or a month you've already paid for.

5. Using Repclose acceptably

Repclose is for work. Don't:

  • use it to harass, stalk, threaten or discriminate against anyone, or to collect or look for information about a person's private life;
  • use it to contact people in ways the law forbids. You're responsible for the email, calling and privacy rules that apply where you and the people you contact are;
  • try to avoid a limit, take over someone else's account, probe the service for weaknesses without our written permission, or overload it;
  • copy Repclose's results in bulk to build a competing database, or resell them;
  • upload anything you have no right to upload, or anything unlawful.

We may pause or end an account that breaks these rules, and we'll tell you why when we can.

6. Your content

What you put in (your sales profile, lists, notes, messages and uploads) stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it, and send it to the services in the privacy page's list, only to run Repclose for you and keep it working and safe. Don't upload anything you aren't allowed to share with those services.

The plans and results Repclose makes for you are yours to use for your own work. They include facts from other people's websites and data, which stay subject to the rights of whoever owns them.

7. Share links

A share link shows the sections you chose to anyone who has the link. Share it only with people you trust, and revoke it in Repclose when you're done. A revoked link stops working at once. Notes you marked private are included only if you choose that.

8. People in the results

Anyone can ask never to be suggested to sellers, using the opt-out form. People who opt out are dropped from new research and hidden from saved research results, CSVs and exports. If a person asks you to stop contacting them, stop.

9. Other people's sites and services

Links in a plan lead to sites we don't run. We aren't responsible for them. Our research also depends on outside services, and if one changes or stops, Repclose's results can change with it.

10. Availability and changes to Repclose

We work to keep Repclose running, but it's an early product and may be interrupted, slow, or change. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you depend on, we'll give notice when we reasonably can.

11. No promises about results

Repclose is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that results are complete, accurate or current, that using them will win you any deal, or that the service will always work, to the extent the law allows us to say so.

12. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits, lost deals, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Repclose. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using Repclose at any time. To delete your account and what's in it, contact us via hello@repclose.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering Repclose. Sections that by their nature should continue (content permissions, liability, governing law) do.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. If a change is material, we'll tell sellers before it applies. Using Repclose after a change means you accept it.
