RepClose

About

Everything you need to know about an account, in one place

RepClose is for account executives and SDRs who sell complex software to technical buyers, in deals that run for months.

What RepClose does

You tell RepClose who you sell to and give it your accounts. For each one it gathers what's public: the company's own pages, job posts, engineering activity, filings and news, and the people who work there. It then writes a plan: whether the account fits, why now, who to talk to and what matters to each of them.

The plan isn't a report you read once. It changes as you do. Tell it what you learned on a call, in plain English, and the plan updates. Ask it a question and it answers from what it has found.

Why it exists

A technical deal takes months and several people. Today the research for it is spread across a chat window, a pile of LinkedIn tabs, and lists whose data was right when someone bought them. By the time you need it, some of it has gone stale, and you can't tell which part.

RepClose keeps the context that matters for the deal in one place, checks it again when you ask, and shows where each fact came from and when.

How it works

  • Every claim has a source. Each statement links to a page and a date. If RepClose can't back something up, it doesn't say it.
  • It tells you when it is guessing. A claim that is an inference, or comes from your own notes, is marked that way.
  • Work information only. RepClose shows what people do at work. Nothing about their private lives.
  • People can opt out. Anyone can ask never to be suggested. They are dropped from new research and hidden from saved research results, CSVs and exports.
  • Your notes are yours. Private notes stay private unless you choose to share them.
